Rural Umbrian development.

This wonderful development provides eight award-winning homes set in the midst of its own 125 acre estate, with unspoiled views across to the Apennine Mountains and yet only 10 minutes’ drive from the renowned medieval town of Gubbio.

The eight individual homes set in three buildings which trace their visible origins back to the 15th century monastery and before that the home of a returning crusader.  From the abandoned buildings, latterly used as farm accommodation for humans and animals reclaimed materials were used in renovating the properties to provide eight comfortable homes combining ancient stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and ancient tiled floors complemented by modern kitchens and bathrooms.

Within the grounds are a large communal swimming pool and a tennis court with an all-weather surface. A tarmac road runs all the way to the estate and there are many restaurants and shops within no more than 15 minutes’ drive.  Perugia airport is just 35 minutes away, with several other airports a little further.

History of successful rentals from March to October. The 8-10 summer weeks generate €2,000 per week.
